결정질 실리콘 하부 셀 위에 페로버스토이트 상부 셀을 올린 툴덤 셀에 관한 것으로, 하부 셀의 요첩 표면 위에 박만 직서도가 높은 기능층을 형성해 광전 변환 효율을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 요첩 표면을 가진 하부 셀, 그 위의 정상 유도층, 정공 수송층, 페로버스토이트 흡수층, 통명 도전층 순서로 적장되며, 하부 셀 요첩 표면과 정공 수송층 사이에 두께 1~20nm의 제1 정상 유도층을 다이벤조티오펜으로 형성하고 정공 수송층은 유기 정공수송 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 제2 정상 유도층은 정공 수송층과 페로버스토이트 흡수층 사이에 두며 유도 밀질로 유기 암모늄염 또는 무기 납 화합물을 사용한다. 특허 원문 발췌

A tandem cell, comprising: a bottom cell with a textured surface; and a perovskite top cell on the bottom cell; wherein a hole transport layer of the perovskite top cell is formed on the textured surface of the bottom cell; a perovskite absorption layer is formed on the hole transport layer of the perovskite top cell; a transparent conductive layer is formed on the perovskite absorption layer; the tandem cell further comprises a first ordered induction layer, the first ordered induction layer being located between the textured surface of the bottom cell and the hole transport layer, wherein a thickness of the first ordered induction layer is 1 nm to 20 nm; and an inducing material contained in the first ordered induction layer is dibenzothiophene, and the hole transport layer is made of an organic hole-transport material. |
