(Hong Kong, 24 February 2023) – China Gas Holdings Limited ("China Gas" or the "Group"; stock code: 384), a leading natural gas operator in China, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary
China Gas Hongda Energy Trading Co., LTD (“China Gas Hongda”) has signed two 20-year LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) with Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”).
Pursuant to the SPAs, Venture Global, through its two LNG projects in Louisiana, namely, Plaquemines LNG and the CP2 LNG, will each supply 1 million tons of LNG per annum to China Gas.
