Swedish utility Vattenfall AB said on Monday it has acquired 765 MW of offshore wind projects in Danish waters being developed under the country’s open-door scheme that was temporarily suspended earlier this year. The plan will see Vattenfall buy two projects that were developed by Green Nest Partner ApS and Peak Wind ApS and introduced into the open-door permitting procedures last year. The schemes were put forward by the Anker Development joint venture.
