A charging management device (110) which is configured to manage one or more charging devices (241, 242, 243), each of which has a charging function of providing at least grid power among grid power supplied from a public power grid and off-grid power supplied from a non-public power supply to charge the vehicle via a charging stand device (130) which is configured to control a power distribution board (230) which is configured to switch electric power to be supplied to the charging device (241, 242, 243) between the grid power and the off-grid power, the charging management device (110), comprising:a grid power information acquisition section (111) which is configured to acquire information about usage rate of the power grid in regions of a predetermined range,a charging device control section (112) which is configured to transmit control data to the charging stand device (130) to control the charging devices (241, 242, 243) within regions so that power to be provided to charge the vehicle from grid power and off-grid power is changed according to the relative magnitude of a proportion of demand to an amount of grid power supplied in the regions, the relative magnitude is based on the use rate of the power grid in each of regions, and an exchange value adjustment section (113) which is configured to adjust an exchange value of power provided by the charging device (241, 242, 243) within the region according to the relative magnitude of the proportion of the demand to the amount of grid power supplied in the region. |
