이 보고서는 현재 17개의 청정 에너지 가치 사슬과 2050년을 내다보는 에너지 안보 문제를 평가한 보고서이다.

이를 해결하기 위한 30개의 연구 및 혁신 조치를 식별했으며, 맞춤형 방법론은 미래 방법론과 거시 경제 모델링, 가치 사슬 분석 및 전략적 의사 결정 도구를 결합하여 행동의 우선 순위를 설정하였다.
