LASE 법률의 목적은 생산 부문의 경쟁력을 유지하면서 청정 에너지와 전기 산업의 오염 배출 감소에 관한 의무뿐만 아니라 에너지의 지속 가능한 사용을 규제하는 것임

해당 법령에 따라 규제 대상이 되는 품목은 국가에너지사용위원회(National Commission for the Efficient Use of Energy, CONUEE)에 에너지 소비 전력에 대한 정보를 입력하고 등록해야 함

4. 인증절차

1) CONUEE 온라인 등록: 최초 로그인시 제조자(Manufacturer), 수입자(Importer), 유통자(Distributor), 현지 대리인(Representant) 정보 입력, 제품명(Product), 모델명(Model), 브랜드(Brand), 원산지(Origin), 에너지효율(Energy Efficiency) 정보 입력

2) CONUEE 접수 확인서 발급
