- 지원 목적 : 에너지 효율 건물의 건축/리모델링을 통한 에너지 절약 및 탄소배출 감소
- 지원 형태 : 대출(상환 보조금)
- 지원 대상 : 기업
- 지원 규모 : 2,500만 유로까지 대출 가능, 달성한 *KfW Efficiency House Standard (에너지효율기준)에 따라 최대 27.5%의 상환 보조금 지원
* KfW Efficiency House Standard : 기존 노후 주택의 에너지 성능 표준으로 에너지 성능을 55, 70, 85, 100 ,115 등급으로 나누어 평가함. 해당 등급은 보조금 및 저금리 대출 시 비율 산정을 위한 자료로 활용됨.
